Why is the iPad in question seemingly the first generation iPad? Why is the image pixelated? Why is the background gray instead of transparent?

Only Tim Cook could answer that.

The Steve Jobs Ticker : Silly fun or debased and misguided?

For those of you who haven’t seen it, the Steve Jobs Ticker is a website that popped up a couple days ago that uses the iPhone batter indicator as a way to display the health of Apple’s founder. According to the website, it is “providing rumor based Steve Jobs related health information since 2011.”

Is this just a fun game or is playing fast and loose with a man’s health and well being a sick joke?

Also, in the interest of full disclosure, I made the site.
